Q:How many production lines do you have?

A:Currently there are 3 productions lines in our factory and around 50 employees.

Q:How can pay tax when buy your products?

A:We provide UPS or Shipping by sea or train based on the quantity of your order. The freight forwarders whatever UPS or DHL will call you and charge Custom Tax when import to your country. After tax paid, they will deliver to your address.

Q:How do you ship my cargoes and how long does it take to delivery?

A:We usually ship cargoes by UPS or by Sea. If small quantity, we prefer to arrange shipment by UPS express, it will take 3-5 days. If in bulk, we suggest to shipping by sea to save logistics cost, normally it will last 20 - 40days based different destination countries.

Q:Is this power bank waterproof?

A:Sorry, it is designed as normal office travel purpose, similar as your smartphone.

Q:OEM/ODM service provided?

A:Yes, in fact it is our core business. Our designers are ready to help you and our order fulfillment team are ready to your OEM order.

Q:How many times can I charge my phone?

A:The recharging times to your mobile phone depends on the capacity of your battery (mAh) and the efficiency(it varies depending on the model of the mobile charger and the type of device).Normally 75% capacity of power bank can output to your phone because power lost by cable and PCBA.

Q:Does this lose power if long time standby? For instance, if I only use it once a month or even two months, will it still have enough power to be useful?

A:It will hold its power for very long time, even little power will be lost by auto detecting IC. The power bank will lose 30% if standby 12 months.

Q:How turn on and off device?

A:Our power bank can turn on or off automatically. If plug your phone to power bank, it turns on auto. If unplug, it will turn off after 3 mins. Of course you can manually turn on or off through double click the button.
